Henry Robert Maikowski’s 77-years old and has severe dementia. He was last seen leaving his home on Yorkshire at 5p.m. yesterday in a blue Honda CRV with Florida tag 465TGC, and a vanity plate on the front of the car: Henry & Elsie. When he left, he said he was going to get chinese food. Maikowski 6 feet tall, 180 pounds, with blue eyes, and is balding with white hair. There’s a picture of Maikowski on the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page.
