CCSO Narcotics detectives arrested a Crack dealer and her supplier in an undercover operation yesterday in Port Charlotte. The suspects in custody are 39-year old Floyd Atkins and 51-year old Dianne McStay. Authorities say they bought crack from McStay twice in February, and after a third purchase yesterday they arrested her and Atkins. Both were taken to the Charlotte County Jail.
