Members of CCSO’s Narcotics Unit arrested a DeSoto County man today on multiple drug charges after they finished an undercover drug buy from him. 54-year old Vincent Palisano of Arcadia’s charges include Sale and Delivery of a Controlled Substance within 1000 ft. of a Convenience Store, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Investigators say the drug involved was hydrocodone pills.
