Three young boys, including thirteen-year-old twins and an eight-year-old, have been arrested for allegedly damaging a vacant home in Englewood East. The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office says the three broke into the empty house on Magdalena Avenue in early June and broke a window, destroyed dry wall and trashed a door. A neighbor who said he heard the boys laughing entered the house and allegedly caught them in the act. He then held on to them until deputies arrived. It took investigators until this week to track down the owners of the property who pressed charges.
