The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office reports a man’s death from this morning.
Someone found him on the loading dock in the back of Doctors Hospital.
The office says the identification he had did not appear to belong to him.
A woman walked into the Marathon gas station on Bee Ridge Road to tell the clerk about it.
Deputies say they did not see any visible signs of injury on the body.
The cause of death remains unknown.
