Sarasota County’s has issued a notice of violation to Tom LeFevre, the owner of Bob’s Boathouse restaurant/. According to the Herald-Tribune, LeFevre could face fines if his businesses doesn’t make the changes required to stay open with a temporary certificate of occupancy. Among the issues, which go back to October of last year-$77,000 in utility fees-which have now been paid, plus building and zoning issues that have to be addressed by the 20th of this month. If not, there will be a hearing and a judge can impose a daily fine of as much as $500/day until the violations are corrected.
