Bike Florida today hosts an event in Charlotte County.
The sheriff’s office estimates 500 bicyclists riding throughout Englewood, Placida, Rotonda, and Boca Grande.
It wants drivers to use caution while traveling in these areas and proceed with care.
As for bicyclists, the sheriff’s office reminds them to follow the rules of the road so that everyone can share the roads.
Anyone driving can expect delays because of all this.
