The Florida Department of Law Enforcement clears former Sarasota City Manager Robert Bartolotta of any wrongdoing 10 months after he resigned. He and Deputy City Manager Marlon Brown were accused of illegally spying on the emials of city officials and deleting public records. The department did not find probable cause of criminal behavior and will not investigate further, according to a letter city staff received Tuesday morning.
