The man believed to have robbed the SunTrust Bank on Murdock Circle last Thursday has been arrested. Detectives plan to also charge 51-year old Partick Conte with the Armed Robbery of the Asian Cai Lay Market on El Jobean Road Oct. 18. Security video shows Conte entering SunTrust sporting a goatee, wearing a hat backwards, sunglasses, a jacket, pants and a red tee shirt. He demanded cash and then fled on a small electric scooter. Conte was arrested in Tampa Sunday and is being held without bond.
