Bauer Financial Inc. has upgraded two Southwest Florida lenders, First America Bank of Bradenton and Englewood Bank & Trust, in its latest ratings cycle, signaling slight recovering in the regional bank industry.
The two area banks have been upgraded in Bauer’s third-quarter report card from three stars, an “adequate” rating, to three-and-a-half stars, or a “good” rating.
