26-year old William Spiller of Arcadia’s in the Charlotte County Jail without bond, charged with Armed Burglary, Aggravated Assault, Domestic Battery, Violation of Probation and Driving a Vehicle with No Insurance. He’d called deputies to report a van running stop signs near Conway Boulevard and Gibraltar Drive. CCSO deputies who responded, got a whole other story from the man and woman in the van, including allegations Spiller had been chasing them in his car after an altercation at his home.
