There may be another challenger for Cong. Trey Radel. State Senator Lizbeth Benacquisto’s reportedly spending $400,000 on some new t.v. ads. NBC2 Benacquisto is set to run unopposed for her seat in the 2014 election. So the fact that she is running ads in January for a seat whose primary election isn’t until August has some raising questions about the new campaign, and whether or not she’s got her eye on a bigger prize, namely Trey Radel’s Congressional seat.
