Charlotte County Airport Authority and Charlotte County Fire/EMS be practicing what they would do if a plane had an accident. The drill happens Tuesday morning at 10, according to a release from the groups. The two hour, full scale exercise focuses on the initial field level response to an aircraft accident at the airport. It’s mandated by the FAA to do this drill regularly.
