After a judge ruled against it, Sarasota County Commissioners have decided not to place a term limits question on the January ballot. On Monday, a circuit judge struck down a charter amendment ballot question, saying the wording was misleading. That’s now led to Commissioners deciding to drop the planned ballot measure altogether. A joint meeting of the city and county commissions deciding the item should not appear on the January 31st ballot.
