FDLE’s now investigating two inmate deaths at the Charlotte Correctional Institution. WINK reports another inmate died last night. The agency’s already investigating the April death of Matthew Walker. FDLE’s not saying anything about how Walker died, but yesterday they did release the names of 9-guards at the facility who’ve been placed on administrative leave. A 10th corrections officer’s already been fired.
