Thanks to tip from Crimestoppers, A 14-year-old Fort Myers juvenile is facing charges this morning for an armed robbery at a drive-thru window at McDonald’s on Cleveland.
Police say on the restaurants video you can see the teen approach the window. Point a gun at the clerk and demand money before fleeing.
Authorities say this is not the suspect’s first run-in with the law. He was arrested twice for burglary two years ago.
The teen was booked downtown at the Lee County Jail on Wednesday afternoon and was turned over to the Department of Juvenile Justice.
