The North Port Police Department arrested a man who was passed out in his vehicle with a child in the car. 34-year-old Hassan Youssef was charged with child neglect and arrested on a $10,000 bond. Police found the man asleep in his car at the intersection of Adelaide Avenue and Alametos Terrace Intersection. Youssef was unable to complete a sobriety test. The child was placed in protective custody service.
