A deadly accident in Charlotte County yesterday. A 56-year-old North Fort Meyers woman died when her vehicle collided with a semi and rolled over, pinning her inside. Officers say Jerianne Hamilton’s SUV crossed the center line and collided with a semi that was carrying wood pallets, Her vehicle flipped and the semi overturned, spilling pallets along the roadway. The accident happened on State Road 31 in Charlotte County yesterday afternoon. The road was closed for more than six hours.
