Friends and colleagues of Kimberly Elizabeth Schultz, a preschool teacher at TerraNichol Academy of The Arts, are organizing a series of benefits to help offset her family’s funeral expenses. The 27-year old died unexpectedly on Friday. Tony’s Chicago Beef Co. Southside is hosting a benefit Sunday with a raffle and silent auction with all proceeds going to Schultz’s mother. Funeral arrangements have not yet been made.
