A discrimination suit has been filed against the school district by a woman who has accused Sarasota County School District Superintendent Todd Bowden of sexual harassment. Booker High School Assistant Principal Lyna Jimenez-Ruiz filed the complaint at the end of November that claims her reassignment from Suncoast Technical College to Booker resulted from her allegations of sexual harassment by Bowden.
