Sarasota County officials plan on going after $350,000 from Sanborn Studios.
Ken Sanborn has failed to deliver on 117 jobs in return for subsidies.
The county and Sanborn have fought in court for over two years.
County spokesman Jason Bartolone tells the Business Observer that it “plans to institute collection proceedings to recoup the money.”
If the county gets that money, then it would go back in the general incentives fund.
