A Collier County teenager has tested positive for Zika.
This happened following a trip to Nicaragua over the summer.
Joseph Dauphinais’ mother tells WBBH-TV that the virus showed up in his urine.
The entire family underwent testing after he started feeling sick.
Dauphinais had a fever and a rash, two common Zika symptoms.
The 16-year-old had just returned from a trip with classmates at the Donahue Academy of Ave Maria.
