Two separate crashes involving semi trucks caused traffic delays this afternoon.
One happened on I-75. and the other on Bermont Road.
The Bermont Road crash happened late this morning at State Road 31 east of Punta Gorda.
The highway patrol said it caused a complete roadblock at the intersection where a truck overturned.
It reported an injury from that collision.
The other wreck happened on I-75 south just past the Kings Highway exit in Port Charlotte.
Charlotte County Fire & EMS said a truck jackknifed in that incident to cause a small fuel spill. That blocked the outside lane there.
