Allegiant Air announced today the addition of two more year-round, nonstop routes into Punta Gorda airport. Beginning in mid-February, flights will start landing in Charlotte County twice per week from Harrisburg, Penn., and Belleville, Ill, which is just east of St. Louis. The new flights continue the trend of increasing passenger traffic at the airport for more than two years. Additional year-round, nonstop routes were also announced by Allegiant Air from Michigan and Ohio to airports in St. Pete-Clearwater and Orlando.
