Sarasota County Schools has settled with three families whose children died in 2011 after undergoing hypnosis by former North Port High School principal George Kenney. The $600,000 settlement is the result of an investigation that found nearly 75 students and staff members were hypnotized by Kenney over the five years leading up to the deaths.
