Deputies have their radar guns focused on two stretches of road in Charlotte County this week.
The sheriff’s office has extra speed enforcement along Deep Creek Boulevard in Port Charlotte and Calumet Boulevard in Englewood.
Deputies also enforce traffic lights more closely at two intersections: Highway 41 and Cranberry Boulevard in Port Charlotte, and McCall and Gasparilla roads in Englewood.
