WINK reports Charlotte County Utilities officials say they can’t keep up when it comes to paying its bills, so customers will need to up the flow of cash, paying higher water and sewer bills. The fees as of October 1st will go up .75% for water-an extra 30-cents a month for the average household, and sewer rates will go up 6% or an average of $2.59/month.
