Two 17-year old boys from Harbour Heights, busted for vehicle thefts, and stolen vehicles last month are facing even more charges. CCSO detectives have been re-arrested 17-year old Mark Hogsett and Jacob Whaley face multiple counts including burglary of an unoccupied structure and burglary of a conveyance while armed, and petty theft. Hogsett and Whaley are in the hands of the Department of Juvenile Justice.
