On a 4-3 decision today, Florida’s Supreme Court’s approved the wording of a proposed constitutional amendment that would legalize medical marijuana. The question will be in the hands of voters in November. NBC2 reports Attorney General Pam Biondi, who led the effort to keep the amendment off the ballot, argued the summary of the proposal was misleading to voters. The court rejected that argument, finding that “the voters are given fair notice as to the chief purpose and scope of the proposed amendment, which is to allow a restricted use of marijuana for certain debilitating medical conditions.”
