Sarasota County and the City of North Port have again put out a request for bids from potential concessionaires to manage Warm Mineral Springs. The Herald-Tribune reports the deadline to submit bids is February 24th. Any prospective bidders can tour the North Port property tomorrow at 1p.m. If you’re interested, bid documents are at two websites: www.demandstar.com and www.apps.cityofnorthport.com/ftpinfo. The Springs closed last July with the expiration of the contract with the last concessionaire.
