Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office officials have announced a way for those wishing to do so to make donations to help cover the expenses of Sergeant Michael Wilson’s funeral. Spokesperson Debbie Bowe says many people have inquired as to making a donation to assist the family. Trusts are in the process of being set up for the family. In order to facilitate ease of donation, the Sheriff’s Office has set up a Paypal account for that purpose. A link to make the donation is on the sheriff’s office website.
