A boat ramp for Bay Heights Park is inching slowly to becoming the real thing. The Englewood Sun reports project engineers think construction could be completed by the end of 2014. When the county bought the 2.7-acre former trailer park, in 2005, the original plan was to redevelop it with two ramps and 31 boat-trailer parking spaces.
