Fawcett Memorial Hospital is being sued by two nurses and another employee who claim a cardiologist sexually harrased and assaulted them in 20-10. The federal lawsuit claims the allged victims told the hospital in Port Charlotte about it and it fell on deaf ears. They say they were very intimidated every day they went to work.
