Sarasota County Sheriff’s deputies have made a second arrest in connection with robberies recently at PakMail and Synovus Bank. Jason Maxwell lives near the bank, and someone reported seeing him run from the bank shortly after robber descriptions were released following the robbery last month. When they searched the home, detectives found items taken in both robberies. Maxwell faces charges of helping Christopher York, who was arrested last week, in committing the robberies. He’s currently held without bond.
