Charlotte County Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit detectives arrested an Englewood East man in two undercover operations for selling them a stolen boat motor, and an hour later, selling them Oxycodone pills. On Wednesday night, 25 year old Steven Kasten of French Avenue in Englewood, sold narcotics detectives a stolen boat motor in the parking lot of Burger King on South McCall Road in Englewood East. The boat motor was valued at more than 17 hundred dollars; he sold it for $300. Then, Kasten sold Oxycodone pills to an undercover narcotics detective in McDonald’s parking lot, on South McCall Road, in Englewood. He was arrested and transported to the Charlotte County Jail.
