There’s been an arrest made in a hit and run fatal on Sarasota’s Fruitville Road on Monday.
Sarasota Police arrested 38 year old Darden Nicks, who they say was the driver who fled after his car hit a pedestrian who was crossing road. Nicks was busted on possession of narcotics and paraphernalia, and he could face more charges as relates to the crash. Police have not released the 57 year old pedestrian’s name.
