This doesn’t sound very friendly…
Friendly’s in Sarasota and Bradenton are closed. Their employees are without jobs and we are without one more restaurant. The nearly 80 year old company closed alot of its stores through out the county, as it filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Like lots of companies, Friendly’s said its costs were going up as the economy was going down.
