Sunseeker Resort announced it will be renovating the Kingsway Country Club and golf course.

The renovation will leave the course closed from April to December of 2020. Kingsway is scheduled to reopen prior to the grand opening of the Sunseeker Resort in Charlotte Harbor in 2021.

Officials say when all renovations are done, the course will be redesigned and refurbished with new turf grass, irrigation, and drainage systems. The clubhouse will be renovated, as will the restaurant and event space.
