31-year-old Ashley Baird was arrested this past Saturday for the possession of counterfeit narcotics. Baird was pulled over in Nokomis for driving the wrong way down a street. After searching the car, drug paraphernalia, prescription pills, marijuana and baggies filled with unknown substances were found.
Baird is charged with the following:
” Three counts of Possession of Counterfeit Drugs with Intent to Sell.
” Four counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance without a Prescription.
” Two counts of Possession of Narcotic Equipment.
” One count of Possession of Marijuana.
