Methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and other material used for the sale of drugs were seized from a home in Englewood Friday. Charlotte County law enforcement made up SWAT, Street Crimes Unit, Narcotics Unit served a warrant around 6:30 in the morning. It was the second time this year a warrant had been served on that home. Four suspects were taken into custody. They are Melissa Arthur, 41; Michelle Cassidy, 43; Sarah Root,31; and Cody Bryant, 27. The four are not only charged with several drug charges, but will likely be charged with theft or something similar after it was determined they were stealing power as well through the use of jumper cables on a power line. Florida Power & Light, Charlotte County Utilities, and Charlotte County Code also responded due to the power theft.
