North Port Police said on Thursday that a registered sexual predator is on the run following a warrant for his arrest in Charlotte County.
41-year old Timothy Rice is facing charges after a number of parents said he touched kids at a number of community pools in the area.
ABC-7 reports that before deputies were able to arrest him, Rice actually notified the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office that he’d be leaving the state.
