Sarasota County Supervisor of Elections Ron Turner is reminding residents of the city of North Port that the voter registration deadline for the March 14th municipal elections is rapidly approaching. The last day to register to be eligible to vote in these elections is this coming Monday, February 13th. Voter registration applications are available at elections offices in Venice and North Port, at public libraries, military recruitment offices, and public assistance offices, and may be downloaded at www.SarasotaVotes.com. An application may also be submitted through any driver license or tax collector office that issues Florida driver licenses or Florida ID cards.
