There will be a new addition to an already-large retirement community in Venice. Officials with Village on the Isle say they will be adding a new health center as well as 46 residential apartment homes. Those homes, called Emerald Terraces, are new units that will have a modern design and open floor plans. Nearly 90 percent of those homes have already been pre-sold with some on a waiting list. The company did not say when the new additions will be done.
