The study shows that the average credit score is 724, 60 percent of residents are categorized as having excellent credit, with only 25 percent having bad credit. The median amount of debt in the city is just below $15 thousand, which is in the 94th percentile. And maybe the best numbers are having to do with the amount of available credit. Residents in Venice are only using 30 percent on average and just two percent are delinquent on their debt. WalletHub’s analysts compared the average credit scores of residents in 2,534 U.S. cities.
