The Venice Police Department reported an incident Saturday night at the Venice Community Center in Venice, Florida. At about 10 pm Venice Police Officers responded to a report of several fights as a quinceañera celebration was ending.
There were several hundred in attendance was ending when fights broke out. Witnesses that one party had fired a handgun in the air before departing. No injuries were reported.
