A Venice man will spend the next 12 and a half years behind bars after being convicted of sharing child pornography.

50-year old Mario Guerrero was arrested back in June of 2017 and was convicted yesterday of 10 counts of possession of child pornography.

His sentence calls for not only the jail time, but also sex offender probation for an additional 17 years after his release. That includes being required to wear a GPS ankle bracelet so officials can monitor his location.
