Deputies say a man who called 911 later died inside his home in Venice due to a house fire. Sarasota County Deputies are currently conducting a death investigation that happened around 7:00 Friday morning, located at the 600 block of Fallbrook Drive. It took about 35 minutes for crews to completely put the fire out and later found one person dead inside the home.
