A Venice man that was involved in a December road rage incident on US-41 is now facing charges.
Court documents released this week claim 43-year old Abdual Boyd was cutting cars and swerving through traffic when a pickup truck driver gave Boyd the middle finger.
That’s when police say Boyd rear-ended the truck, threatened the driver, then hit the man with his car as he surveyed the damage before driving off.
He’s now charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
