A Venice man is behind bars, facing child pornography charges.
Police say 40-year old Jonathan Ricca downloaded files near his home in the 1800 block of Mesic Hammock Way in Venice.
After police linked the downloaded files to Ricca’s IP address, they obtained a search warrant for his home. His phone was found to have ‘hundreds of images’ of child pornography.
He’s now being held without bound in Sarasota County.
