Keep this in mind for a week from today. The Venice Library, at 260 N. Nokomis Avenue will be closed that day, April 7th, so that crews can do some building maintenance. The library will resume normal operating hours at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 8th. You can still use the book drop at the building to return items on April 7th. And, if you want to visit a library, two nearby libraries will be open that day: The Frances T. Bourne Jacaranda Library in Venice, and the Gulf Gate Library in Sarasota.
